As the only authorised instructor in the UK, licensed to teach the Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Method, I deliver a safe, relaxed, and comprehensive course where you have the opportunity to fully understand it and develop your learning to a higher level.

Peter Hess®Singing Bowl Massage Level 1

Prerequisites: none
This course is open to anyone who wants to learn the basics of the Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage, including health and wellness professionals who intend to pursue training in Singing Bowl Massage, and individuals who want to help their loved ones - spouses, children, family members, friends and pets – to aid relaxation and alleviate symptoms of stress, to give well-being and joy.
Course objective:
The goal of this training is to familiarise you, the participant, with the basic principles of the Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage. You will have the opportunity to experience singing bowl massage for yourself and will receive initial instruction in the use of singing bowls. You will then be able to perform the basic singing bowl massage for private use and as a therapeutic and medical professional with clients independently.
Upon completing this level, participants receive a certificate of completion.

Prerequisite: Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage Level I
During this training module, we will build upon the basic applications of the Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage.
While the focus of the Level I training course is on the physical body, during the Level II training course, we will move from working on the body to the energy field that surrounds our body.
Upon completing this level, participants receive a certificate of completion

Advanced practitioner training
Prerequisite: Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage I and II
The purpose of this training is for the participants to acquire abilities to apply Singing Bowl Massage for relaxation as well as learning to match the Singing Bowl Massage to the client’s individual needs.
The participants are being familiarised with new elements of Singing Bowl Massage, and experience full sound massage.
Set up your own Singing Bowl Massage practice, advertising, ethics and other business issues.
Upon completing this level, participants receive a certificate of completion

Friday from 15:00 - Sunday 18:00
This weekend is the last step in becoming a certified "Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Practitioner".
The Weekend consists of 20 hours. We are re-exploring the Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage and the subtleties of the technique “less is more”.
Prerequisite: Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage level I through to level IV, further information during Level III/IV.
Participants receive the Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Massage Practitioner Certificate.
